Successfully Obtained Jury Verdict in Favor of Trust

Frasor Ireland LLP successfully obtains jury verdict in favor of trust:

In 2020, Wilma Jennings, a lifetime farmer, set up a trust which was intended to provide care for her disabled adult daughter. Ms. Jennings then passed in 2023, and her non-disabled daughter and former neighbors brought a lawsuit to set aside the trust.

Chris Frasor and Carl Ireland, brought in as litigation counsel to help defend the trust, protected Ms. Jennings' final wishes and obtained a jury verdict against the challengers. This hard-fought victory resulted in no payment to the plaintiffs and ensures that Ms. Jennings disabled child will be comfortable for the rest of her life.
